The Office of Co-operative Education Programme (“OCEP”) reserves the right to accept or decline any registration by employers (“Employers”) to become a Co-operative Education Programme industry partner (“Co-op Partner”).
OCEP reserves the right to accept, reject or remove any job information provided by Employers, and/or Co-op Partners via the Co-op Portal (the “Portal”), at any time for breaching the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”, including the Privacy Policy) and/or violating the law. OCEP also reserves the right to remove any material, which is considered abusive, illegal, disruptive or inappropriate, in OCEP’s discretion.
Job advertising services are provided to Co-op Partners for internal recruitment purposes only. For employment agencies, direct sales distributors and other parties, please contact OCEP for further details. Contact information can be found on the Co-op website.
OCEP will not partake in any marketing or promotional activities or in any manner in which fees are levied or profits are made.
It is strictly OCEP’s discretion what material input provided by Co-op Partners would be posted on the Portal. All Employers acknowledge and agree that they are fully responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any job advertisement, webpage or material provided to OCEP. OCEP shall not be responsible for the content of any other websites linked to the Portal; links are provided as Internet navigation tools only.
OCEP reserves the right to update the Terms anytime without prior notice. Employers and Co-op Partners are thus advised to periodically review the Terms.
